Eiscat modes

This mode was designed by Ph.D. Aake Steen at IRF and the objective
was to get as god overlapping with
Eiscat radar
measurement in magnetic zenith in Tromsø.
The images below dislays the approximate field of view
for the different stations att 100 km altitude.
