installing of the server for polan and magneticaccess ala Christer

run first (cchss mariaserv.c) : cc -g $1  -lsocket -lnsl 
   the file polanserv.o will be created, but no a.out, because all entries are not awailable.

run compPolanWMag    :  f77 ../polan.f -lsocket -lnsl polanserv.o -I/home/flux/libs /home/matsl/mains_flux/time_data_base.a

    the output will be in a.out, which should be copied to polanserver and used for startup!
