Evolution of the pressure in space instruments during their mission on the example of JDC

Abstract.
In the instruments we are building at IRF high voltage electronics is required to operate detectors and ion optics. To operate them without a discharge which may damage the instrument the pressure inside the instrument needs to be some orders of magnitudes less then the lower border of the Paschenminimum. To verify this we measured the pressure inside of JDC. In the seminar presentation a more detailed background and results will be presented.
