Processors, Operating and Communication Systems for Education and Real Missions

Abstract.
RISC-V is architecture of choice of ESA and NASA for future missions. The presentation starts with RISC-V introduction and how to get in touch and learn it (https://comparch.edu.cvut.cz ). Then the focus will be given to examples and real time operating systems, RTEMS where we participate in development and is ESA and NASA choice and GNU/Linux and NuttX as alternatives.
Discussed will be which OS fits well with which hardware and real-time requirements.

Pavel Pisa from Czech Technical University in Prague participates and contributes with his students into all above mentioned systems
core development and have experience with communications CAN bus etc.

Pavel Pisa's company has even supported ESA and Airbus by motion control solutions, i.e.for
satelite tracking mission
and ground testing of the LISA project.
