In order to demonstrate artificial meteors at the predicted time and place, we (Star-ALE Co., Ltd. global.star-ale.com) plan to launch a small commercial satellite by which artificial meteoroids care ejected and are de-orbited to enter the atmosphere. Since natural impacts of meteoroids and asteroids are unexpected transient phenomena, observing artificial meteors whose parameters such as composition, mass, shape, entry velocity and entry angle are known is important to understand physical properties of atmospheric ablation process detected by optical and radar methods.
