Sky Photography
Marco Meniero, a well-known astrophotographer from Italy, will describe techniques to capture a variety of sky phenomena with a simple SLR camera on a tripod. In this talk, Marco will show some of his beautiful pictures of the sky during twilight, night, and in the presence of optical phenomena such as aurora and halo, and explain the techniques he used to photograph them.
Weather permitting, there will be a practical outdoor workshop in the afternoon (we will meet 15:30 in the LTU ljusgården).
Take along your camera, tripod, or just bring your SD card if you want to take your own pictures.
