Nitrogen and Oxygen Budget ExpLoration (NOBEL)

ESA launches medium-class (450-550 MEUR) space missions (M missions) in about every 3 years, and next call for mission proposal is scheduled end of this year with deadline next spring. For this call we prepare a mission NOBEL, which targets two primary objectives:
* The Earth diagnosis (first time exploration of the exosphere)
* Atmospheric evolution of a magnetized planet (first time to examine isotope ratios).
NOBEL is an improved version of NITRO that was proposed (but not selected) for the last ESA's call with focused science and simplified configuration. This presentation summarizes the science objective, planed observation, and mission profile.
