Abstract
The working group Ionospheric Effects and Corrections at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Neustrelitz currently establishes the Ionosphere Monitoring Prediction Center (IMPC). The IMPC provides near real time information and data services on the current state of the ionosphere, related forecasts and warnings.
This talk will give an overview on some current research activities of the group. It will also introduce the measurement setup of the high rate GNSS receiver station in Kiruna, which is fundamental for monitoring and studying scintillation effects at high latitudes.
